Trophy Black Bear Hunts
Hunt #1: This hunt, located northeast of Vancouver Island, is one of our best spot and stalk black bear hunts. Bears here are every bit as big as the island, and 30-40% of the bears will be colored. Excellent outfitter. Cabin accommodations, 4x4 and ATV transportation. Very highly recommended hunt.
Hunt #2: Hunt in the Bighorn Mountains of western Wyoming. Horseback hunt into some of the most beautiful country in the west. If you haven't experienced the Rockies in the springtime, this is a must-do adventure. Tent camps. Incredible country. Bowhunting experts.
Hunt #3: This is a great coastal British Columbia spot and stalk black bear hunt- one of our best for big bears. Located near Terrace, BC. Every bit as good as Vancouver Island.
Hunt #4: This outfitter hunts Idaho, in both the spring and fall seasons, over bait. End of the road or horseback tent camps. Excellent adventure. Great value.
Hunt #5: Excellent hunt in two different areas of northern British Columbia, one on the Skeena River (fly in only) or the Driftwood River near Prince George. The fly-in hunt has a $1100 air charter. Great hunt for unhunted bears on old logging roads and railroad tracks, unaccessible to any other hunting pressure. Driftwood area hunt is also excellent, and requires no flying.
Hunt #6: Spring hunting in the Chilcotin Wilderness of British Columbia. These bears are just coming out of hibernation, and have excellent hides in this 2 bear area. There is a high population of large, color phased bears here. This is a quality hunt for trophy animals. Rainbow trout fishing is included in the hunt price.
Hunt #7: Superb northern Manitoba fly-in hunt, with great northern pike fishing. Excellent bowhunt. 7 different tent camp locations, covering a 7200 square mile area. Lots of big bears in this country! Excellent outfitter, good area for colored bears.
Hunt #8: Hunt black bears in central British Columbia near Penticton. Comfortable cabin accommodations. Excellent hunt for big bears. High percentage of color phase bears in this area.
Hunt #9: Located in the beautiful Kispiox Valley of northwestern British Columbia, this area abounds in big black bears. Not a lot of colored bears in this area, but big bruins. Two bear area.
Hunt #10: Hunt the beautiful Peace River country of Alberta with this great outfitter. Two bear limit. Highly recommended hunt. Very knowledgeable bowhunting outfitter.
Hunt #11: Excellent northern Saskatchewan black bear hunt out of Chitek Lake. Great value, nice hunt. The outfitter also has a superb hunt for big whitetails.
Hunt #12: This outfitter hunts the beautiful Okanagan Valley of south central British Columbia. Excellent spot and stalk hunt. Comfortable lodging. Excellent area for colored bears. First class operation in all respects.
Hunt #13: Arizona hunt in late August, early September for "Black Bears in the Pears." Spot and stalk hunts for bears in the Mogollan Rim country, where the bears come in to feed on the ripening prickly pear cactus. Great hunt for bears with huge skulls. Warm weather hunting at its best. Comfortable tent camps.
Hunt #14: A great northern Saskatchewan trophy black bear hunt. Big bears, high success. First class operation. Spring and fall hunts available. Bird hunting option in the fall. Highly recommended.
Hunt #15: One of our favorite outfitters with two great areas in southeastern British Columbia. Over 5,000 square miles of exclusive guiding area. Great area for color phase bears. One of our best spot and stalk bear hunts.
Hunt #16: Hunt the Monashee Mountains on a great spot and stalk hunt in south-central British Columbia. Excellent area for colored bears. Expect to glass 15-30 different bears on a week's hunt. 4x4 transportation, hunting old clear cuts and logging road areas. Hunt is based out of the main lodge, with all the comforts of home.
Hunt #17: Hunt the West Kootenays of south-central British Columbia with one of this province's best outfitters. One of the hardest working outfitters I've ever hunted with.Good area for color phase bears. Over 3,000 square miles of exclusive guide service area. Cabin accommodations, good fishing also.
