Circle KBL Outfitters: Here is a chance to hunt the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness in Idaho with outfitter Scott Boulanger.  This is an 8 day hunt with 2 guides for 1 hunter.  You will be hunting with hounds for these wild cats with experienced and enthusiastic guides.  This 1.3 million acre hunting area has less than 1% that is accessable by roads.  Contact Scott for more details on this high success rate hunt.

  
Crossheart Outfitters:  Be in shape and prepared to hunt on this 6 day Montana hunt with hounds.  This first class, high quality hunt takes place on privately leased hunting ground.  You will be hunting a variety of terrain from thick, timbered, rocky country to rolling hills and brushy river, stream and ranch land.  Hunt transport is 4x4's, snow machines and hiking.  Most hunts take place in December, however the season in Montana lasts from December 1 through April 14.  Hunt price includes guide service, hunt transportation, hearty meals and lodging.

  
Findlay Creek Outfitters: This hunt takes place in December and January with Mike Christensen.  You will have 4x4 and snowmobile hunt transport while hunting big cats with hounds.  This is a semi-remote hunt with lodging at the outfitter's base camp.  The hunt is 7 days, 1x1 guiding.  This outfitter has just leased 3 new hunting territories for cat hunting, so hunting ground definately won't be an issue!  Point of outfitting for this hunt is Cranbrook, BC.  Contact the outfitter for more details, or to book this hunt.

K-9s Cougar Canyon Outfitters: The big cats of south-central British Columbia are legendary. These are first class hound hunts, based out of Kelowna, B.C. As good as it gets for big toms.
 

Rocky Mountain High Outfitters:  Hunt southern BC in the Kootenays on the west side of the Bull River. This is an excellent hunt with Marty Lightburn.  The hunt takes place in one of the best game areas that BC has to offer. It boasts a healthy cougar population due to the availability of prey.  The hunt has a very high success rate on large toms.  The hunts take place in December and January, and the hunt is led bya team of devoted and highly skilled hounds.  This thrilling hunt is 7 days, 1x1 guided.  You can hunt cougar only, bobcat and lynx only, or a combination of all three.

  
Shadow Mountain Outfitters: Hunt cougars in the Bull River drainage with Tim Faiers and his cougar hounds. This is a first class operation with super nice people- they are one of our favorite outfitters. Tim harvests only mature toms, which his experience and knowledge allows him to know by looking at the cougar's track, so that you aren't wasting your time treeing females.  This is a 7day hunt in December and January witch boasts a 90% success rate.  This very hard working outfitter gives every client 100% effort, and he has 30+ years guiding experience. You may choose to add a bobcat onto this hunt, or even hunt the bobcat as a stand-alone hunt if you so choose.  Visit their website for more information.

Wade Lemon Hunting:  Hunt some of the West's most scenic country in Utah with Wade Lemon and his pack of well trained cougar hounds.  Wade has exclusive cougar hunting rights to several hundred thousand acres.  The hunts take place from December to April, and the hunt transportation is either 4x4's, snowmobiles, ATV's or horses depending on the conditions and snow.

 
Whatshan Guide Service:  Ken Robins offers a great cougar hunt in the West Kootenays of south-central British Columbia.  Ken is one of the province's best outfitters, and is a 25+ year veteran of the outfitting industry.  This hunt proves to be a team work hunt between the hunter and hounds.  Hunts start in December and run through the end of February.  Ken usually takes one hunter at a time unless you and your hunting partner want to hunt cats at the same time.  The hunts are conducted from the outfitter's home, where you will be staying in a cabin with 4x4's and snowmobiles for hunt transport.  Scouting for the cats is done prior to the hunter's arrival, and the area is home to many logging roads throughout used to locate fresh tracks.
