Fishing #13: Fish fabulous Great Slave Lake, in the Northwest Territories, for monster pike. As our friend and owner says: "WE don't have fancy chefs and spas. What we do have is the finest fishing for big northern pike on the planet." I think he may be right. Hundreds of islands and weedbeds, and incredible habitat, along with catch and release policy, make for fabulous fishing for big northerns. Great spot to fly fish for these great fighters. Highly recommended adventure.
